Your ADHD roadmap to stop surviving and start thriving
Understand your brain
Build sustainable routines
Trade overwhelm for consistency
Finally feel in control of your life

This is the step-by-step roadmap that shows you how to understand your ADHD, build routines that actually stick, and create simple systems that keep you organised, consistent and on track.
The structure your brain has been missing.
The support to actually follow through with it.
Your Life Is Meant To Feel Easier Than This
You’re not lazy.
You’re not “just bad at life.”
And you’re definitely not the only one feeling like this.
But right now?
You are...
constantly starting over, overwhelmed by everything you should be doing, forgetting things, avoiding things, putting things off
stuck in cycles of “this week will be different”
And that gap?
That’s where the frustration, guilt, and self-doubt live.
It’s not that you’re not trying.
It’s that no one has ever shown you how to work with your ADHD brain.
So you’ve been trying to:
❌ follow systems that don’t suit you
❌ force routines that don’t stick
❌ rely on motivation that disappears
And every time it doesn’t work…
you blame yourself.
But what if we changed that?
What if you actually knew:
Why you keep procrastinating
(and what to do in the moment to actually start)
How to get out of your head and into action when you feel overwhelmed
How to structure your days so you’re not constantly playing catch-up or running late
How to stop forgetting things like messages, tasks and plans... without relying on memory
How to build routines that flex with your energy and life
(instead of collapsing completely)
How to follow through on things you care about
Because once you have that?
Everything starts to feel lighter… and finally doable
I’m Not Teaching Theory...
I’m Teaching What Actually Works For ADHD Brains

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 26.
Before that?
I felt like I was constantly behind in my own life.
Overwhelmed. Inconsistent. Frustrated with myself.
I tried:
routines that didn’t stick
planners I didn’t use
to “just try harder”
None of it worked.
Not because I wasn’t capable…
But because I didn’t understand my ADHD.
Once I did?
Everything started to click.
And now I help ADHDers do the same - with structure, support, and systems that actually work in real life.

A step-by-step ADHD coaching programme designed to help you understand your brain, build systems that actually work for you and create lasting change.
You’ll receive 6 months of live coaching and support, giving you the time, guidance and accountability needed to make those changes stick.
Because lasting change doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens through learning, experimenting, adapting and having support when life inevitably gets in the way.

Start date: Monday 17th August 2026
Live Sessions: Monday’s at 7pm (UK time)
This is not a course you buy and never finish.
And it isn’t a programme where you’re expected to keep up with everyone else either.
ADHD Unlocked combines 12 self-paced ADHD training modules with 6 months of live coaching and support, so you have the time and space to actually implement what you’re learning.
Here’s what your journey looks like:
Work through the 12 ADHD modules at your own pace
Each module covers one of the biggest challenges ADHD adults face, giving you practical, ADHD-friendly strategies you can start using straight away.
You can work through them at a pace that suits you.
No falling behind.
No trying to keep up.
No pressure if life gets in the way.
And because you’ll have lifetime access to all 12 modules, you can come back to them whenever you need a refresher, whenever life changes, or whenever a particular challenge crops up again.
Every Monday
You’ll join a live 90-minute coaching session where you can bring whatever you’re struggling with that week.
Whether that’s:
✨ implementing something from one of the modules
✨ feeling overwhelmed or stuck
✨ troubleshooting a strategy that isn’t quite working
✨ asking questions about your ADHD
✨ getting accountability to help you follow through
These sessions are designed to help you personalise everything to your own ADHD brain, because there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution.
You won’t leave thinking:
“I understand it… but how do I actually make it work for me?”
You’ll leave with:
👉 personalised support
👉 clear next steps
👉 practical actions you can implement straight away
And don’t worry if you can’t make every session live.
Life happens, especially with ADHD.
That’s exactly why you have 6 months of weekly coaching sessions. You don’t need to make every single one to get incredible results.
Whether you miss a week because of work, family commitments, holidays or simply because life gets in the way, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get the support you need throughout your six months in the programme.
Throughout the week
Inside the WhatsApp community, you’ll have:
💬 support when you feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure
💬 accountability to help you keep moving forward
💬 somewhere to ask questions between coaching sessions
💬 a community of people who truly understand what living with ADHD is like
So instead of spiralling or giving up…
You get the support you need to get back on track.
And by the end of the 6 months?
You won’t just have watched 12 modules.
You’ll have:
✨ personalised systems that actually work for your brain
✨ routines you’ve had time to build and refine
✨ strategies you’ve tested and adapted to fit your life
✨ confidence in your ability to manage your ADHD
✨ evidence that you can follow through
✨ lifetime access to the tools and training whenever you need them
✨ and a toolkit you’ll keep using long after the programme ends.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from consuming more information.
It comes from having the time, support and accountability to actually implement it.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’m worried I won’t keep up?
The programme is intentionally designed to be ADHD-friendly and manageable.
You don’t need to be perfect or do everything “right”.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join?
Absolutely not, especially with waiting lists stretching into months (and often years)! You don’t need a label to deserve support.
What if I can't attend the live sessions?
Don’t worry, you don’t need to make every live session to get incredible value from ADHD Unlocked.
That’s exactly why you’ll have 6 months of weekly coaching sessions. That's 26 live sessions in total, giving you plenty of opportunities to join when it works for you and your schedule.
Life happens, especially with ADHD, and I don’t want you to feel like you’ve “fallen behind” if you miss a week.
How is this different to everything else I’ve tried?
Because this is personalised, ADHD-specific, and focused on implementation, not just information.
What if I feel embarrassed sharing in a group?
There’s zero pressure to share before you’re ready. You can learn, observe, and take things at your own pace.
But most people find that being in a room of people who get it actually feels really safe and validating.
How much time will this take?
The live sessions are around 90 minutes. Implementation is intentionally gentle and realistic... think a few focused minutes, not hours.
