What if I’m worried I won’t keep up?

You don’t need to be perfect or do everything “right”.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join?
Absolutely not, especially with waiting lists stretching into months (and often years)! You don’t need a label to deserve support.
What if I can't attend the live sessions?
No stress at all, sessions will be recorded and replays will be available so you can watch in your own time.
How is this different to everything else I’ve tried?
