About Me

Hi, I’m Caitlin, an ADHD coach supporting late-diagnosed adults to understand their brains, build realistic routines, and feel more in control of their lives. After being diagnosed with ADHD myself as an adult, I know how overwhelming it can feel to finally have answers but no clear roadmap. Through 1:1 coaching, I help my clients reduce overwhelm, build consistent habits, and follow through on their goals with practical tools, personalised support, and compassionate accountability.

My Story

For most of my life, I felt like I was too much... too talkative, too impulsive, too emotional, too inconsistent. I’d dive into big ideas with loads of energy, only to lose motivation and feel frustrated that I couldn’t follow through. On the outside, I seemed confident and outgoing. On the inside, I was exhausted from trying to keep it all together.

When I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, everything finally made sense. I wasn’t broken or undisciplined, my brain just worked differently. The relief was huge… but so was the question, "what now?"

Understanding ADHD didn’t automatically tell me how to manage it.

That changed when I discovered ADHD coaching. For the first time, I had practical tools, supportive accountability, and strategies that actually worked for my brain. I started building routines I could stick to, following through on goals, and feeling calmer, more consistent, and more in control of my life.

That experience changed everything.

I trained as an ADHD coach so I could support other late-diagnosed adults who finally have answers, but no roadmap.

Now, I help clients understand their brains, build sustainable routines, and trade overwhelm for consistency — so they can stop just surviving with ADHD and start creating a life that truly works for them.

Because when you learn how to work with your ADHD, everything changes.

And that’s why I do what I do.

My Coaching Style

In my coaching, I create a safe, supportive environment where each client’s unique needs are at the forefront. Together, we identify personal challenges, uncover solutions, and develop sustainable strategies that fit your life and goals.
