Neurodiversity in the Workplace: Business Workshops
Modern workplaces are filled with incredible, creative minds, and many of them have ADHD. Yet without understanding how ADHD shows up day-to-day, businesses risk losing talent to burnout, misunderstanding, and missed potential.
My business workshops are designed to bridge that gap, bringing awareness, practical strategies, and open conversation to help your team create an ADHD-friendly environment where everyone can perform at their best.
What I Offer
Each workshop is interactive, relatable, and tailored to your organisation’s needs.
Workshop Options:
-
Duration: 60-90 minutes
-
Location: In person (Yorkshire) or online
-
Format: Talk, interactive workshop, or Q&A session
-
Customisation: Content is tailored to your industry or specific goals.
Topics I Cover
Sessions are personalised to suit the needs of your staff and organisation. Examples of some of the topics covered in sessions include:
-
ADHD Awareness & Understanding
Learn what ADHD really is (and isn’t), including how it impacts focus, motivation, emotional regulation, and productivity in a work setting.
-
Supporting ADHD Employees
Practical strategies for managers and HR teams to support neurodivergent staff with empathy, flexibility, and effective communication. -
Thriving with ADHD at Work
For employees with ADHD or suspected ADHD — explore tools, routines, and mindset shifts that improve focus, time management, and confidence at work. -
Creating ADHD-Friendly Workplaces
Discover how small changes in systems, culture, and communication can make a huge difference for neurodivergent inclusion.
Why it matters?
When teams understand ADHD, they communicate better, collaborate more effectively, and reduce unnecessary stress on both sides.
After attending, participants often report:
✅ Increased confidence in managing ADHD-related challenges
✅ Better awareness of individual strengths and needs
✅ Improved inclusion and psychological safety within teams
