What is ADHD Coaching?

Regular online sessions where you work with an ADHD coach to dentify your unique challenges, and find strategies and solutions to help you improve your personal and professional life.

What can ADHD Coaching help me with?

It can help manage many of the struggles which people with ADHD face including motivation, impulsivity, problem-solving, and emotional regulation… to name just a few!

What can you expect from me as an ADHD Coach?

As a coach, I’ll help you work through your challenges and set specific and achievable goals. I’ll also help keep you accountable to your goals (with no pressure or judgement). I am available between sessions for additional support. You’ll also have access to your own personal coaching hub which will have your session notes, resources and goals so that it is easy to keep track of everything.

How long should I have coaching for?

That’s completely up to you and is different for everyone!


Coaching normally lasts a few weeks or months, but can provide you with skills and strategies for life.

What if I don’t know exactly what I want help with?

That’s fine! We can work through an Executive Functioning Framework which helps you identify your personal challenges and explore what you want help with. 

What if I have specific challenges I want to discuss?

Coaching is led by you, so you can decide what you want to focus on. This can change week on week, or you can choose to focus on one specific challenge for longer… basically it’s up to you!
